Good Shepherd Preschool, accredited and licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education, is an early childhood education program conveniently located on Rt. 355 in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Montgomery County children have been thriving in our high-quality, nurturing program for more than 25 years.

Our school was awarded a Level 5 rating under Maryland EXCELS, the highest rating under our state's quality-rating program for child care. We use research-based curriculums approved by MSDE for their alignment with the state's standards. Our staff are well qualified: our teachers all have bachelor's degrees or better, and all staff are required to continue their professional development through coursework in early childhood education and through participating in the Maryland Child Care Credential process.
